A solid fourteen carat yellow gold diamonds by the yard chain.  This is the very unusual and interesting link chain.  It appears to be similar to an anchor link chain, but it features a double smaller link and then one longer, more open link. The necklace features a long barrel clasp with tongue.  The chain is quite unusual highly attractive and is the perfect host for the diamonds set throughout it.

These types of chains, set with diamonds, are known as diamonds by the yard station chains.  They feature the bezel set stones that are incorporated into the design of the chain.  This particular necklace features thirteen modern round cut diamonds.  The outer stones, twelve, total just over a carat in weight, with each stone very bright in colour, F/G colour, and clean in clarity, ranging from SI to I1.  The center stone at the bottom of the chain is a beautiful bright white SI stone with F colour weighing about 0.32ct

On the clasp itself, on the tongue, it is stamped "14k" for fourteen carat on the reverse, as can be seen from the photograph.  This is a very pretty and quality chain, it is fine, weighing four grams, but is the perfect foil for the beautiful diamonds.  It is eighteen and a half inches in length.
