This is a vintage hand painted Mexican circle skirt. The details on this skirt is just amazing. The time and the expertises that it takes to accomplish this goes without saying. The skirt is in good condition  and has wear. There is a repair needed on both  sides where it seems to be a slight rip. The skirt it shown with a crinoline slip which is not included.
